# See the systems. Ask a better operating question.

Connect equipment readings, operating schedules and building knowledge. Find what needs attention and prepare a practical investigation.

## Two views, different jobs.

Monthly PHI puts a hotel’s resource use in context. Equipment readings answer more detailed questions about operation at a particular time.

Review the equipment, source and coverage behind each reading. Keep missing data visible before drawing a conclusion.

## Show the observation and its limits.

A useful review item names the equipment, reading, source, time and comparison rule. It explains what someone must check next.

An unusual pattern suggests investigation. It does not prove a fault. A missing reading remains unavailable and never becomes a measured absence of demand.

## Keep people in control.

The proposed workflow prepares an investigation for human review. Engineers check site conditions, guest comfort and operating requirements before any change.

The example never operates plant, changes setpoints or purchases equipment. Connections, permissions and engineering support need a separately agreed scope.

## Use coverage to qualify the number.

The preview adds six available equipment readings. The laundry meter is unavailable. The sum is monitored load, not a total for the site.

For water, review unexpected flow against the hotel’s operating needs. Overnight demand can be legitimate. Confirm the cause before describing a leak.
