About Cadae
Cadae builds Performance Hotel Insights (PHI), a way for hotel groups to see how far each hotel's energy and water use is from its own best-in-class, and to trust the number.
Why we built it
Hotel teams have plenty of utility data and few ways to judge it. A hotel that used less energy than last year may still be far from what it needs; one that used more may simply have been busier, colder or fuller.
We built PHI to model what each hotel should need, measure the distance every month, and keep every figure behind that distance open to the people who rely on it.
